Worst real estate agent I know

Definitely one of the worst real estate agents I met - despite a promising start: We met to visit a property which was supposed to be split in two parts. Very nice place, so we made clear we were interested in one part. The agent promised to look for another party, which he said "would not be a problem", and to call us the following week. He never called back. After the week had passed, we called him. The agent pretended he hadn't reached the owner, but would call back once he had reached the owner. He never called back again. After calling him again, he said the problem was, he hadn't found a second party, but would meet the owner the next day to discuss whether we could go ahead splitting the property and selling it to us. He promised to call back, which again, he never did. When calling him a couple of days after his promised call, the secretary told me: "Oh, the property's gone to someone else, the contract was signed yesterday." I talked to the agent himself. He promised to call once he had something else again that would be nice .... Yeah, right... If that's the service you're looking for, feel free.

good experience

I can not agree with the other post. After talking to their answering machine I got a recall at the next day. We made appointment at the day after and his collegue was on time at the inspection. After that she sended the needed documents quickly.

Terrible service

Extremely late feed back (i.e. taking nearly a week) after contacting them the first time, and even not showing up during inspection (Besichtigung). They made some excuse for their bad service, but NO improvement! The real estate is not customer minded, so I do not recommend at all.
